Check-in was a mess. my room wasn't ready on time, and I had to fight to get them to understand the mix-up. The overall condition of the room left much to be desired, with cleanliness issues that shouldn’t exist in any accommodation. Terrible wifi made it almost impossible to get anything done, especially when I needed to communicate. Waking up early and finding no one at reception to help me order a taxi to the airport was infuriating.

Super friendly staff!
The staff here are awesome! They’re super friendly and helped us out like champs, especially the receptionist who called us an Uber when we needed it. The breakfast in the restaurant was totally worth it, too. Just wish the bathroom setup was a bit better. it felt cramped. Still, great stay overall!

I enjoyed my stay with a spacious room boasting a mini fridge, and the breakfast with fried plantains was an absolute treat! Just be aware that the actual room size was smaller than the pictures suggested. Would I come back? Definitely!

The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with accommodating staff. My apartment-style room was spacious, featuring a comfortable master bedroom with enough room for luggage and a TV. The air conditioning was effective, and I appreciated the housekeeping service checking in daily. The hotel offered a complimentary breakfast and the restaurant staff was very attentive. The pools were well-maintained, adding to the enjoyable experience.
Bathroom layout was less than ideal, being located inside the master bedroom.

The two-bedroom suite was pretty comfy—definitely spacious enough for my family. The air conditioning worked great, which was a lifesaver in the heat. Shower pressure was nice, and the hot water kept up too. Plus, the beds were cozy. The place could use a bit of a facelift since it's older, but honestly, it didn't bother us much. We had a good time overall!
